A member of our team was involved in the development of a conceptual bid proposal for a competitive tender for the developer to enter into an agreement as preferred bidder with a London Borough to develop a 1.5Ha site in the town centre. The site was formely a council-owned car park and industrial area.

With a capital investment of over £65 million the mixed-use development is expected to include a modern foodstore, non-food retail units plus over 200 private and affordable apartments located above the store. The preparation of a comprehensive concept were key to the tender bid.
